Hi, weight loss is a very hot niche right now because there are a significant amount of people that have this issue on their plates. (Pardon the pun).
People are very busy, stressed, and have 10 million things to do every day. Lots of people will eat fast food or eat junk food. Not to mention drinking alcohol.
The health trend is advancing, and more and more people are getting sick of junk food and only wanting to buy healthy foods. However having the right diet, and eating the right foods can be more complicated then it seems.
Can I just get something out of the way right now?
Why has nobody invented a healthy method of consuming beer yet?
If you are a business person with lots of money, please go hire a scientist to invent that for me.
Anyway, there are so many people that are not getting results in this area, and if that wasn’t the case then why is it the hottest niche ever?
People want results, and what are they getting instead? Unsatisfactory results. As such, they are feeling overwhelmed.
Why do they feel overwhelmed? Because they have a problem that they cannot find a solution for. That causes them to feel like that.
What Is The Solution?
There are 3 aspects to weight loss.
In terms of weight loss, an individuals diet is the key factor. The amount of calories they eat per day must be less then the amount of calories they burn off.
Eliminate sugar from your diet. Stop eating desserts, soda, and junk food.
Stop eating salty foods. Give up the junk food and only eat healthy foods. Stop eating fast food. Stop putting extra salt on your food.
Increase your water intake substantially. Start drinking lots of water. The more water your drink, the healthier you will be.
Water is the healthiest thing ever. It has countless health benefits, but in particular it will help you feel full during the day, and will clean out your body.
Your water bottle should become your new best friend. Keep it with you everywhere you go
When you are at home, keep your water near you, and every time you feel like eating, just have a drink of water instead. It will also help you lose weight.
By the way, you can eat the healthy foods as much as you want.
If you are are just eating fruits and vegetables, then you will probably be fine to snack as much as you want on those.
Green tea is also your friend, you can switch that up with water as you please.

This is a no brainer, you are a smart person and you understand that exercise will improve your health.
Exercise can be a difficult thing for people. In itself, it is not that big of a deal, however people have a difficult time installing habits that they do not enjoy.
Quite often people will dislike exercise. They are already tired and busy, and have 10 million other things they gotta be doing.
However, you still need to exercise and find a way to make it happen.
Find a way to get your heart rate up with your exercise. You can do push-ups, chin-ups, sit ups, berpies, skip-rope, jogging, walking, yoga, bodybuilding, cross-fit, or jumping jacks. There are no excuses except that you are not taking it seriously enough.
Join an activity such as basketball, soccer, or hockey. You can join boxing, or take aerobic classes.
Set an alarm on your phone for whatever time you want to exercise and have that alarm say “go exercise, no excuses” Then have that alarm be activated every day.
I highly recommend getting a personal trainer if you can afford one. Get a gym membership and talk to your personal trainer about your weight loss goals, and watch as your satisfactory results start pouring in.
Most gyms offer pretty affordable personal trainers. Seek out someone that is a reputable expert. Spend what money you need to, because I have seen first hand how impressive peoples results can be with a personal trainer that knows what they are doing.
The biggest reason people fail to take the right actions is because they are subconsciously programmed for failure.
They are operating from a mental programming that is set up for self sabotaging behavior, and they cannot over ride it with their willpower.
Willpower is weaker then your beliefs. You try to tell yourself not to eat the dessert or to go exercise, and you can’t pull it off. Why?
Your mental conditioning is set up for failure. You are not thinking the right thoughts, and as such your results are unsatisfactory.
Let’s take a peak at some of the subconscious beliefs that someone has who is feeling overwhelmed with their weight loss goals.
- “I hate exercise, and I can’t discipline myself to do it”
- “I can’t stop eating desserts and eating junk food”
- “I have a difficult time losing weight”
These are just a few of the thousands of unconscious beliefs that some people are carrying around. These beliefs are stronger then your will power.
You try to use your will power to take the right actions, and your beliefs override your conscious effort, so you can’t stop yourself from eating the dessert or not getting out of bed to exercise.
All of this stuff can be fixed by fixing your mindset.
