Fix Your Self Image
Every champion and winner in the world uses the power of their minds for success. First I would like share a poem that demonstrates my point.
“If you think you are beaten, you are
If you think you dare not, you don’t,
If you like to win, but you think you can’t
It is almost certain you won’t.
If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost
For out of the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow’s will
It’s all in the state of mind.
If you think you are outclassed, you are
You’ve got to think high to rise,
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But soon or late the man who wins

What this poem is saying, is that you must think you can before you can.
So weight-loss is the same thing. It’s winning in life the way you want to be, and in order to do that you have to have the mindset of a winner.
You have to think the thoughts that will get you to automatically do the right behaviors, which get you the results you desire.
Imagine a super confident and successful person. Like the best salesman in the world.
What kind of thoughts do you think he or she has every day?
Winners thoughts obviously.
So in order for you to be a champion in your weight-loss goals, you have to get your inner game handled. That will be 90 percent of your success.
Luckily, for you I just so happen to have the best inner game in the world for weight-loss for a wonderful price.
But we can talk about that later.
I Know That You Can Do This

Lets talk about how this works.
We have 3 Law of Attraction tools available to us.
1. Are You a Visual Person?
Can you visualize easily? Do you learn by looking at things, or do you prefer to learn auditory? There are also kinesthetic learners, that learn emotionally.
If you are visual learner, then I recommend you implement visualization and visualization boards into your daily law of attraction practice.
Every chance you get, visualize yourself being the weight that you desire to be. What would that look like? What kind of picture can you get of that?
Can you imagine what new activities you will be doing? What kinds of people you will be hanging out with? What kind of clothes that you will be wearing?
Stop believing that you can’t do it because I know for a fact that you can.
Your excuses are just mental nonsense that your mind comes up with to justify your current belief system.
By the way, take a look at the story you are playing in your head.
I guarantee you that it is a perfect match to your outer world.
2. Change The Story In Your Head
Take charge of your life and stop being a victim of your circumstances.
I know that you can’t help it because of this and that. I get it. However, if you are ready, let’s start getting you satisfactory results now, shall we?
We have gone over visualization, which I definitely recommend if you love to do it. If you don’t enjoy it we still have 2 more options available starting with my least favorite of them; Affirmations.
Affirmations are statements. or “thoughts” that you can use to change the story in your head.
Let’s say the current story you have is this for example:
“Losing weight is impossible, I can’t seem to lose weight and keep it off” and “This is not possible for me, I will never succeed with my weight loss goals”.
You Can Change It To
“Losing weight is possible for me, I always seem to get the results I want with it” Try this one – “I am losing weight every week!”
OK, How do you like affirmations? Do they excite you?

3. Afformations – Created by Noah St John (Jake’s Favorite)
Noah St John is the coolest guy in the world to me.
He knows what it is like to go through hardcore failure, then he invented a subconscious programming tool called Affformations, and used it to get himself winning in his life.

Use these every chance you get throughout the day. Do not allow yourself to think negative thoughts.Think like a winner if you want to get results like one.
