Every champion and winner in the world uses the power of their minds for success. First I would like share a poem that demonstrates my point.

If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost
For out of the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow’s will

To the stronger or faster man,

What this poem is saying, is that you must think you can before you can.
So weight-loss is the same thing. It’s winning in life the way you want to be, and in order to do that you have to have the mindset of a winner.
You have to think the thoughts that will get you to automatically do the right behaviors, which get you the results you desire.
Imagine a super confident and successful person. Like the best salesman in the world.
What kind of thoughts do you think he or she has every day?
Winners thoughts obviously.
So in order for you to be a champion in your weight-loss goals, you have to get your inner game handled. That will be 90 percent of your success.
Luckily, for you I just so happen to have the best inner game in the world for weight-loss for a wonderful price.
But we can talk about that later.
I Know That You Can Do This
You are still reading, which means that you have an opportunity to get wonderful results by following my advice.
Lets talk about how this works.
We have 3 Law of Attraction tools available to us.
1. Are You a Visual Person?
Can you visualize easily? Do you learn by looking at things, or do you prefer to learn auditory? There are also kinesthetic learners, that learn emotionally.
If you are visual learner, then I recommend you implement visualization and visualization boards into your daily law of attraction practice.
Every chance you get, visualize yourself being the weight that you desire to be. What would that look like? What kind of picture can you get of that?
Can you imagine what new activities you will be doing? What kinds of people you will be hanging out with? What kind of clothes that you will be wearing?
Stop believing that you can’t do it because I know for a fact that you can.
Your excuses are just mental nonsense that your mind comes up with to justify your current belief system.
By the way, take a look at the story you are playing in your head.
I guarantee you that it is a perfect match to your outer world.
2. Change The Story In Your Head
Take charge of your life and stop being a victim of your circumstances.
I know that you can’t help it because of this and that. I get it. However, if you are ready, let’s start getting you satisfactory results now, shall we?
We have gone over visualization, which I definitely recommend if you love to do it. If you don’t enjoy it we still have 2 more options available starting with my least favorite of them; Affirmations.
Affirmations are statements. or “thoughts” that you can use to change the story in your head.
Let’s say the current story you have is this for example:
“Losing weight is impossible, I can’t seem to lose weight and keep it off” and “This is not possible for me, I will never succeed with my weight loss goals”.
You Can Change It To
“Losing weight is possible for me, I always seem to get the results I want with it” Try this one – “I am losing weight every week!”
OK, How do you like affirmations? Do they excite you?
They do not work for everybody. If you are not super pumped about them, we still have the Best Law of Attraction Tool In The World available for us to use.
3. Afformations – Created by Noah St John (Jake’s Favorite)
Noah St John is the coolest guy in the world to me.
He knows what it is like to go through hardcore failure, then he invented a subconscious programming tool called Affformations, and used it to get himself winning in his life.
Then helping many thousands of others to do the same.
One of my favorite quotes is – “Only a True Leader Plunges Into The Dark Woods of Defeat, and Emerges Into The Light of Victory”.

The mind of an individual can play a great part in helping us achieve anything and like I have always said “winning start from conceiving it in your head”. The ability to create a mental picture of yourself achieving anything gives you the force to get to that thing. Losing weight can be really difficult because you will have to adjust to so many things from lifestyle to diet, but by having the mind that you can achieve it will get you there with ease.

An informative post that is about both power of will and losing weight! It is true that the way our mind addresses problems has a great impact on results. It is also true that people with negative mindsets cannot quickly change their paradigm by 180 degrees, but it’s still possible for them to get more positive on a gradual basis.
I would define myself as a Visual person. And I admit I don’t exactly have a Winner state of mind, however I have some hope for the coming future.
As for weight loss, I already developed my method for not weighing much, but there should be no excess, and I also have to keep a consistent behavior. I am a slim person anyway, and I think that a heavier body would disadvantage me (while at the same time that may mean I would be more powerful by the means of muscles).

Excellent concept and 3 different methods you can apply using trial and error. I particularly like number 3 afformations which I had never heard of previously. I tried this out on myself and you’re right it really does force your mind to answer the question and not dismiss it like some do with visualisations and affirmations.
I actually stumbled upon this blog for my other half who is trying hard to lose the last few pound after having initial success with weight loss following pregnancy. However I am a fan of self help and believe the law of attraction is a useful tool.

Hi, some things that are great for weight-loss are avoiding sugars, stop drinking fruit juice, stop eating desserts and sweets. Avoid extra sodium, drink lots of water and green tea.
Do push ups every chance you get (even standing push ups) or squats, even shadow box, will get your heart rate up, chin ups, sit ups,

It was very interesting to read about being a visual person – which I am – but having never thought or taken the time to visualise what I could look like if I lost about 7kg.
Noah St. John’s approach seems very manageable and logical actually. I also like the fact that it is a realistic way of eating and not a “quick” solution, where you inevitable pick up weight again as soon as you eat “normally”. I will certainly be back for more advice and look to signing up.

Very interesting post about weight loss and using our mind to help us get to our desired weight! I agree, having an image in mind of what you’d look like once you loose the weight is a sure way to stay motivated…on the other hand, constantly thinking you’re “fat” or overweight isn’t going to help anything…it just makes you feel bad, which doesn’t help motivate anyone to do anything…except maybe eat more or indulge in other unhealthy behaviors. At least that’s my thoughts on that aspect of it.
I definitely like the idea of using the afformations by Noah St. John instead of affirmations…using a question to ask yourself why or what reason makes you think about it first…why are you trying to lose weight? Then you think of the reason whether it is to be healthier, look better, etc. and in doing so it helps your mind to see yourself in a positive light…which is much more motivating to do the actions to lose weight in my opinion!

Why do healthy foods taste so good to me?
Why did I lose my taste for foods that arn’t good for me?
Why do I love being the perfect weight for me?

Deep words that -again – are very very true. I simply love his afformations. One of the most important aspects of weight loss is how you set up your mindset. It is important to be persistent and to motivate yourself with whatever you may like. Though, mental health Isn’t something that you can put your brain on pause and continue with what you’re doing. It is important to know your limits regarding your mental well-beings before committing to something, not being able to do it and then end up in a terrible place. However, I do feel that the product that you’re taking about can have a huge impact into someone’s life. Therefore, that and taking care of your mental health must be a huge key to your goals.

Mental health is a factor for weight-loss as well, some people eat to reduce stress, as it brings them comfort.

Losing weight is one of the most difficult things i have tried so far and truly its not easy to just wake up and say you want to lose a particular pounds of weight without having a full conviction of what you really want to do or even set your mind at it. So far i have come to realize that setting your mind to something makes the whole endeavor much more easier for you and from there is becomes a slippery slope.

I find this a very interesting subject on losing weight by employing the correct mindset. Since the mind is where all is created, and the body a mere reflection of its focus, all our attention is needed to be within and not without.
Sure exercise and a proper diet add value to one’s health and overall well being, but without the proper mindset all that will be for naught in the long run, as we are very ingenious in finding ways to self-sabotage ourselves.
Visualization and changing our story are so very important. I also like the idea of “afformations”. But the thing is you can visualize and affirm all you desire, but without changing one’s underlying belief structure the results won’t last; plus it will take an awful lot of will power to keep going.
Replacing fear with love, and guilt with forgiveness will go a long way in allowing our true power to manifest in a positive way by eliminating the many false perceptions which we have constructed. I got to know afformation few weeks back; it has gone really viral because I guess it’s working really well. Before now, I knew only affirmation. So afformation is the question form of affirmation.

I am evidence that the law of attraction works for weight loss. I spent most of my 20’s and 30’s overweight and it was not until 2013 I decided to get healthy. Although I was 200lbs I constantly envisioned my self a petite 125lbs. I held this image as I listened to music and took 5 mile walks every day for six months. I lost all the weight but more importantly I never gained it back. In fact I find when my body starting to deviate beyond 125lbs it self corrects with very little effort. The law of attraction is real for those who work with it.

I credit to having a wonderful wife of 63 years and a successful financial career to the law of attraction. An interesting approach to losing weight & many good points are being made.
However, it’s a double edged sword & we should also know that every medallion has two sides.
I agree about whining.
Life is a horse race & if you start your day with shooting your horse at the back of the head before its even out of the gate.. Well, you’ll get an appropriate result as well.
Like Confucius said: “The man who says he can, and the man who says he can not.. Are both correct”
So, it’s more like a matter of choosing your own path.
Then again, everyone should remember that law of attraction is only half the battle.
More importantly, law of attraction works both ways.
Obsessing the heck out of your goals while subconsciously still being fearful is where immense amount of folks fail.
Pretending & wearing fake smiles on their faces while being inside just as misrable as before.
Artificially induced infatuation is as dangerous as playing the victim of your circumstances card. Sooner or later, it’s bound to happen it all goes *splat* once reality kicks in.
I’d rather choose & steer towards healthy optimism – Finding genuine reasons that will cheer you on.
Then again, there’s one minor detail, that should be mandatory before charging into battle ahead:
Losing weight is all about physics: Less calories go in, more calories come out.
Or does it change overall calorie quantity if we chew our slice of pizza with lavish grins on our faces?
I find that casting mirth upon oneself, be it law of attraction or some other form of entertainment is a longevity factor in a tool form that helps us keep going & stay in the game.
If the goal has positive or negative outcome, that’s already an entirely different beast.
