Hi, I have purchased several Think Right Now CDs in the past from Mike Brescia, I was eager to change my life.
I basically believed that , “because you become what you think” — they have to work.”
I remember using them for several areas of my life including public speaking, social anxiety, confidence, and financial abundance.
Because I am devoted, I listened to all of them for several months, but not more then a year.
Who is Mike Brescia?
Mike Brescia’s story is that he was desperate living in a van with a hole in the roof, and he had to drive around with an umbrella to prevent the rain from getting in.
He was desperate, and trying to win at life but he was only failing.
He wanted to be a salesman but he couldn’t pick up the phone and make phone calls because his self image was wrecked. (Boy that sure sounds familiar)
Long story short, he invented a new subconscious programming technique to think the same thoughts as the highly successful winners.
Then he became a champion salesman and won a bunch of awards and became successful and happy.
His story is awesome.
What is Think Right Now?
Think Right Now is a subconscious programming technique.
It has many different programs for goal setting, public speaking, social anxiety, confidence, and much more.
These programs play at 60 beats per minute. This puts the brain in an “alpha state”. This makes the brain more receptive and easier to program.
Each affirmation is repeated 3 times at 8 second intervals.
I hope I am saying that right.
There are clearing statements and empowering statements that follow the 22 mental thought patterns of highly successful people in whichever area you decide you would like to program.
My Experience Using Them
When it comes to programming your subconscious, there is no quick fix. I have been studying subconscious programming, and the law of attraction for so many years. There is no way to install the beliefs of champions overnight.
To make lasting permanent changes to your self image and subconscious programming, it will take a long time. Even though I used these programs obsessively for many months (years even) my results were limited.
Did I see results? Absolutely. However I was unsatisfied with my results.
Many people get fantastic results with Think Right Now and have become more successful with them. He has hundreds (probably many thousands) of success stories and testimonials.
Why Did I Not Get The Results I Wanted?
There are two reasons.
The first reason is that I stopped playing them too early. I seen results, but not enough results to be pumped about it, so I stopped using it. I believe if you stick with it for the long term (as in it could take several years) you will see results for sure. You will see results in the short term, and better results after 6 months.
Depending on your current self image, it may take a long time to see satisfactory results. For example, if you are struggling with confidence, it make take you significant time to see the results you want.
However, this is the case with any subconscious programming. You become what you think about, however it can take years to reprogram your subconscious mind and change your self image. It is not a quick fix.
The second reason is that I do not believe that affirmations are effective in changing my self image and subconscious programming. They get rejected.
For many millions of people, affirmations are effective and they get results. For millions of others they do not.
You can tell if an affirmation is having any effect by the feeling of it. If you are getting a negative feeling that means it is being rejected. if the affirmation feels good then that means it is influencing the subconscious.
Anyway, affirmations are not my favorite, and a lot of the affirmations that are on the Think Right Now did not feel good when I played them so I could tell they were being rejected by my subconscious.
Is Think Right Now For Me?
That depends. Are you someone that likes affirmations? Are you willing to be patient and appreciate that it takes time to change your self image?
Also, some of the affirmations can be annoying. For example, you will hear this one on several of the programs: “I can tell what people are thinking by reading their body language” then it repeats three times.
Are you willing to put up with that?
Are you an auditory person? Do you like listening to affirmations and using them everyday? Are you interested in using the power of positive self thinking to change your life?
They supposedly work without you consciously listening to them. I cannot say whether or not that is true to be honest.
What Do I Recommend?
I tried using Think Right Now for several years. I did not see the results that I wanted. However, there are many thousands of people that get awesome results with it. I have also gotten awesome results with it. However, they are not my favorite thing.
My favorite subconscious programming tool is afformations created by Noah St John. They have completely changed my life. My life is 1 million times better then it was 3 years ago before I started using them.
They actually got me results.
